Congratulations newly promoted SGT Andrade!
SGT Andrade was surrounded by family and friends last night at the city council meeting for his official swearing in.
SGT Andrade has served the City of Utica, Michigan since 2017. Since joining the Utica Police Department, SGT Andrade has taken on additional responsibilities such as training officer, drug recognition expert and firearms instructor.
